About HardHat Path

We help people get into the electrical trade: when each apprenticeship opens, how each program scores applicants, what applicants actually scored, and practice for the test and interview.

Why it exists

Apprenticeship windows open on different dates, some fill in minutes, and every program scores applicants its own way. That information is spread across program sites, PDFs and forum threads. We collect it in one place, show where each fact came from, and keep it current.

Who runs it

HardHat Path is run by Silver Peaks Enterprises, operating from Gurugram, India. We are independent and not affiliated with the IBEW, NECA, the electrical training ALLIANCE, IEC, ABC or any local or training center.

How we make money

Program pages, the results database and the readiness check are free. We sell optional one-time passes for alerts, full-length practice tests and AI interview feedback. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads. See pricing.

How we check information

Every program page lists its sources and when we last checked them. Read how we verify data, and always confirm dates with the program before you apply.
